The system will ask you for the  email address that you used when you made your appointment online. It will then send you an email message allowing you to make the necessary changes.

When you first made your appointment online -  You can also find the automated confirmation email message or appointment reminder message that system sent to you and use that  to cancel or reschedule
your appointment.

and tell us that you need to cancel your appointment by giving them your name, appointment date, appointment time and stylist name. That's all you have to do.
