How to cancel or reschedule an appointment you made online 
from your computer or mobile device?  

If you made your appointment online using your computer or mobile device, you will also use this same method to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  Once you are on the page -  
look for this sentence
 use the click here link 
to cancel or to reschedule your appointment.  

The system will ask you for the  email address that you used when you made your appointment online. It will then send you an email message allowing you to make the necessary changes. 

 You can also use the automated confirmation email that you received  to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
(Be sure to check your junk mail)

How to cancel or reschedule an appointment you made by phone or in person?    

Please call the salon directly at

and tell us that you need to cancel your appointment by giving them your name, appointment date, appointment time and stylist name. 
That's all you have to do.  

Please do not send an email message directly to the salon to cancel your appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment time. 
 
 Habitual No-Show may result in fees, required deposits, or revoke appointment making abilities, resulting in using walk in services only.
